Reviews for Real Giraffes Wear High-Heel Shoes
1. I love Maria Ashworth’s books. They all have such great messages! She visited my daughter’s school this year and this was the book that the reading event centered around because everyone (teachers, staff, and parents alike) agreed they loved the message. The kids in school (Pre-K through 1st grade) absolutely adored it as well. Both my kids beg to have this story read at least multiple times per week. It’s definitely a winner!
2. My girls really like this book, they are 4 & 5. Cute read.
3. This is such a fun story. Sami is a giraffe who wants to wear high heeled shoes, but Sami’s friends aren’t very accepting. I laughed out loud (and kids will too) at Sami wearing the high heels in the silliest places. The illustrations by Alejandro Echavez are wonderful and really bring the story to life.
